A popular Twitch streamer and friend of embattled rapper D4vd was arrested at his mother’s home in Montana for allegedly failing to appear as a witness for a Los Angeles homicide investigation.

Neo Langston, 23, was arrested on Jan. 22 on an unspecified warrant issued by the Los Angeles Police Department, according to jail records. Court documents obtained by KTVH revealed that he was booked for dodging a mandated appearance as a witness in a homicide probe in Los Angeles.

It’s unclear what exact case Langston was called to testify in, but his pal D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, is a person of interest in the killing of a teenage girl in Los Angeles.

In September, Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s dismembered corpse was found inside an abandoned Tesla belonging to Burke, 20, in a Hollywood Hills impound lot.

Burke, who was touring halfway across the country when the 14-year-old girl’s body was recovered, was first eyed as a suspect after more than two months of investigation — and police believe he didn’t act alone.

Langston is a friend of D4vd, a rising rapper who is at the center of a probe into a teenage girl’s murder.

Hernandez had been missing for more than a year before she was found dead.

As the owner of the impounded Tesla, Burke quickly drew suspicion.

Eagle-eyed sleuths plucked damning lyrics from one of the rising rapper’s unreleased songs mentioning an old flame named Celeste, a matching tattoo, and an old Twitch stream where a girl matching her description was brought on as a guest.

A grand jury for the case already convened, and several witnesses have presented their testimonies. On Dec. 10, one witness was labeled as being “uncooperative” after a tense hallway exchange between a deputy district attorney and the witness’s attorney, TMZ reported.

It’s unclear if Langston is the unwilling witness in question. TMZ reported that he bonded out of jail after covering his $60,000 bail early Saturday morning.

Hernandez’s exact cause of death hasn’t been announced. It was repeatedly delayed because the teen’s remains were too decomposed after they were left to bake in the hot California sun for “several weeks.”

Since Burke was hauled into the investigation, his Hollywood Hills mansion — which bizarrely features a 55-pound “burn cage” incinerator — went on the market for a whopping $20,000 a month.

No arrests have been made in connection with Hernandez’s murder. Burke and one other unidentified suspect have been linked to the case.

The disgraced rapper has reportedly stopped cooperating with detectives since the investigation began.
