Scott, who coached his alma mater Princeton from 2004-07 and at Denver from 2007-16, is in the sixth season of his second career stint at Air Force.

He also coached the Falcons for four seasons from 2000-04, posting an overall record of 97-183, including 3-15 this season. Air Force hasn’t had a winning season in basketball since finishing 18-14 in 2012-13.

Multiple players transferred from the program in recent years, leaving no seniors on the current roster, and sophomore Kyle Marshall also left the team earlier this season, citing personal reasons.

Scott’s contract runs through 2028, according to the Colorado Springs Gazette.
