Kathy Hilton Reveals Vanna White Was in the Delivery Room for Son Conrad’s Birth on ‘Celebrity Wheel of Fortune’
Kathy Hilton just dropped a surprisingly intimate—and very on-brand—Hollywood anecdote: Wheel of Fortune icon Vanna White was in the delivery room when Hilton gave birth to her son Conrad.
The revelation comes in an exclusive clip shared with People ahead of last night’s episode of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, where host Ryan Seacrest prompts Hilton to reflect on her longtime friendship with White.

“Vanna is a dear friend of mine,” Hilton says. “And you’re an old friend!”
“I know. We have known each other quite a while,” Seacrest responds. “Would you tell me a little bit about your history with Vanna?”
According to Hilton, that history stretches back decades—and includes childbirth prep sessions.
“Vanna and I go back forever and ever and ever. I remember when she first got pregnant and she was really nervous,” Hilton shares. “So I had the most beautiful birth tape that Rick had filmed of Paris.”
Hilton notes that the tape was filmed from behind her head and was done very “tastefully.”
“And so I said, you’re going to watch it with me. And we watched it — she said, ‘I feel so much better already,’” Hilton continues. “And in fact, I invited her to be in my birthing room at Cedar Sinai, so she came. And our son Conrad is here today. She was right there. Vanna was front and center.”
While Hilton’s delivery may have looked effortless from the outside, White was quick to point out that her own experience went a bit differently.
“Thank you for that. But my birth was different from your birth. You were there, you were all coiffed and beautiful and knocked out your fourth baby like that,” White says. “A month later, I had Nico – 23 hours of labor and a C-section. It was different than yours! But thank you.”
“We had so much fun,” Hilton replies.
Hilton’s episode of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune aired January 16 on ABC and also featured Rick Ross and Riki Lindhome. She’s currently appearing on Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Hilton shares Conrad—as well as Paris, Nicky, and Barron—with husband Rick Hilton. White is mom to son Nico and daughter Gigi.
