Nicov beamed while chatting with Penn, who appeared to be smoking using his opposite hand.
The actor wore a white button-up shirt, blue blazer and black pants for the outing.
As for Nicov, she sported an all-black outfit, consisting of a sweater, slacks and coat.
She accessorized with sunglasses and a shoulder purse.
The couple’s outing comes after Penn attended the 2026 Golden Globes over the weekend and was spotted lighting a cigarette.
Penn was caught indulging in the smoke while sitting beside Leonardo DiCaprio.
Other photos showed multiple cigarettes drowned in a class cup at his table.
Penn was nominated for best supporting actor for his role in the 2025 Paul Thomas Anderson-directed film “One Battle After Another.”
Other nominees included Benicio del Toro, Jacob Elordi, Adam Sandler, Paul Mescal and Stellan Skarsgård, who won the award.
Penn, however, didn’t attend the ceremony with Nicov.
The Oscar winner and Nicov were first romantically linked in September 2024 when they were seen locking lips while in Madrid.
Penn and Nicov, who rarely step out together, made their red carpet debut at the Marrakech International Film Festival that November.
He was previously married to Madonna from 1985 to 1989, Robin Wright from 1996 to 2010 and Leila George from 2020 to 2022.
