LA perv allegedly hounds grandma — then claims she’s ‘creepy and rude’ for threatening to call cops

An LA pervert has repeatedly exposed himself to his grandma neighbor for nearly a year — but he claims she’s the “creepy and rude” one for threatening to call cops, the woman told The Post on Wednesday.

The 61-year-old woman, who spoke on the condition that only her first name be used, lives with her adult son in the Sherman Oaks complex in California and said the man is in his 60s or 70s and resides in an apartment across from her building.

“You’re just sitting there eating dinner, and you see movement out of the corner of your eye. You look up, and he’s completely naked,” Michelle claimed.

She said the man frequently walks around naked in front of his large, uncovered windows that she can see from her living and dining room, leaving her family upset.

“This would traumatize anyone,” she said. “You shouldn’t have to live like this in your own home.”

Michelle said she first noticed the behavior because of her own floor-to-ceiling windows, which were a major reason she rented the apartment.

During the day, she keeps the shades partially open to let in natural light — only to look up and see the man naked in his apartment across the way, she claimed.

The man appears most often in his bedroom, which faces directly into her living space, and frequently leaves his blinds wide open, she said. Michelle said there are times when he briefly puts clothes on, only for him to strip naked again moments later.

The mom and grandma said she and her son have repeatedly yelled at the man to close his blinds and stop exposing himself, and she has even knocked on his door.

They even left a sign explaining that her granddaughters, ages 3 through 11, visit the home and urged the alleged perv to stop, warning that police would be called.

In response, the man posted a sign outside his apartment that read: “CLOSE YOUR BLINDS! DONT STARE INTO MY BEDROOM THAT IS CREEPY AND RUDE! 911 IS FOR REAL EMERGENCIES!”

Michelle said she has contacted the building’s management company multiple times and was told they were aware of the issue, but she said no action has been taken. She said she also attempted to contact police through a non-emergency line but that she was left on hold for more than an hour and ultimately gave up.

Michelle said she plans plans to go in person to an LAPD station as early as this week to file a report, saying she was unable to find an appropriate category to report her issue when attempting to submit one online.
