Sydney Sweeney beams as she meets Oct. 7 survivors Noa Argamani and Avinatan Or

Actress Sydney Sweeney beamed as she met with freed Israeli hostages Noa Argamani and Avinatan Or, three months after their release from Hamas captivity in Gaza.

The “Euphoria” star was pictured smiling, with her arms around Argamani and Or, who were both kidnapped by the terrorists on Oct. 7, 2023, after the bloodthirsty militants stormed the Nova music festival they had been attending.

A heartwarming picture of the three together was shared by the nonprofit pro-Israel advocacy organization StandWithUs, with many taking to social media to applaud Sweeney and thank her.

“Turns out it’s not just the jeans that fit well, it’s the values too,” Itai Biran, a diplomat at the Israeli Consulate General to the Midwest in Chicago, posted on X.

“Brilliant actor, and genuinely admirable to see her take the time to meet them and show support,” the UK National Jewish Assembly gushed.

It wasn’t immediately clear exactly when the Hollywood A-lister met the couple but the meeting came as Sweeney’s boyfriend, music executive Scooter Braun, has frequently spoken at StandWithUs events, and previously met with Argamani and Or himself.

A video still seen from Argamani’s harrowing kidnapping.

Braun, whose grandparents were Jewish Holocaust survivors, spoke out last month in the wake of the antisemitic terrorist attacks on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia.

“My Jewish friends feel like everyone is talking about gun violence or a massacre, but no one is talking about the fact that these were Jews in an increasingly hostile and dangerous environment for Jews all around the world,” Braun said, in a statement shared by StandWithUs on social media.

Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
