Yolanda Hadid has taken her $11M farm off the market

Yolanda Hadid’s Pennsylvania lavender farm is staying in the family just a little longer.

Hadid’s 32-acre oasis in affluent Bucks County was pulled from the market in late December, Realtor.com reported. The $10.8 million listing disappeared just in time for the holidays.

Hadid’s decision to delist is a temporary one, according to Realtor. The farm is expected to go back online, but it’s unclear when.

The former Bravo star spent quality time at the large farm and equestrian estate ahead of the New Year, sharing snowy shots of her rustic barn and frolicking pygmy goats to her 3.6 million followers.

The Dutch former supermodel purchased her seven-bed, eight-bath property for $4 million in 2017, following her divorce from producer and composer David Foster.

It appeared Hadid was prepared to part with the New Hope home in September, listing it for $10.8 million with the help of brokers Carl Gambino of Compass and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate.

An early offer on the farm quickly fell through, and the listing returned to market in early November.

Hadid previously told the Wall Street Journal that her celeb children’s jet-setting lives and her own desire to downsize motivated her decision to sell.

The property, located two hours from New York City, was a frequent haunt for her supermodel daughters Bella and Gigi, both avid equestrians.

They made ample use of the 8,000-square-foot barn’s 14 horse stalls, outdoor dressage arena and horse pent. The circa-1776 structure doubles as an entertainment space, too.

“It’s where we can all come and feel like ourselves again,” Gigi told Elle in 2019 of the family home.

The two sisters, along with their musician brother Anwar, reportedly joined their mother at the farm during the initial COVID-19 lockdown in 2020. Hadid said family spent their isolation planting rows of lavender, which Hadid distilled into homemade oil. She also cultivated the large vegetable gardens near the main house, and tended to the holistic home’s meditation labyrinth.

The Bucks County farm dates back to 1682, when it was first deeded by William Penn to fellow Quaker Nicholas Waln. At its heart is a stately 1810 stone farmhouse, recently restored by Hadid with luxe finishes and vintage charm.

The 3,400-square-foot residence includes three bedrooms and five woodburning fireplaces, as well as a full-floor primary suite.

Additional guest rooms are scattered across the farm’s three storybook guest cottages, including a corn crib cottage and an 1811 carriage house.

It’s a good time to sell in Bucks County. Property values in the borough of New Hope have soared in recent years alongside celebrity sightings, including the Hadid family (plus current and ex-partners), Leonardo DiCaprio, Sydney Sweeney and Julianne Moore.

Hadid is planning to stay local, moving full steam ahead with a smaller property nearby. The location will keep Hadid close to her daughter, Gigi, and granddaughter, Khai.

Gigi’s A-lister boyfriend (and potential fiancé) Bradley Cooper bought his own $6.5 million gentleman’s farm near the family’s New Hope property in late 2023.

Page Six reported in October that the elder Hadid quietly picked up a $4.25 million mansion in the neighborhood last summer.

The listing for the 7,700-square-foot mansion boasted a high-end renovation by celebrated designer Timothy Summers Bailey — but the luxe offering was apparently not to her taste. Sources told the outlet that Hadid was carrying out a major overhaul of the home, reportedly ripping out floors, lighting and fixtures.
