What Is the “Secret Traitor” Twist in The Traitors Season 4?

The “Secret Traitor” is a player selected by production who will act under the veil of secrecy, shrouded in darkness from the Faithfuls and Traitors alike, as well as the audience. Each night, they are tasked with selecting four people to put on the chopping block, ultimately leaving the final decision on who to murder to the other Traitors in the game.

Along with a hefty pyrotechnic display and a series of aerial shots to welcome 23 new players to the game, the castle guests are met almost immediately at the start of Episode 1 by the twist. Upon walking up with his henchmen, host Alan Cumming tells the players that they have even more reason to watch their back as one more player will be deceiving both groups.

Who Is the Secret Traitor in The Traitors Season 4?

Sadly, within the first block of episodes, the Secret Traitor is quickly outed as Donna Kelce, becoming the second person to be banished at the Roundtable. It isn’t until the moment that she is in the Circle of Truth in Episode 3, “Show Me Your Faces,” that her true identity comes out, telling the group that they found themselves a Traitor.

Will There Be Another Secret Traitor Appointed?

At this point, it is unclear if the show will have another player fill the role left by Kelce, and how the change could be implemented. Even if they don’t bring in another person to jump from Faithful to Traitor, however, we predict a few more twists and turns are in store.
